Katy's Policies

Returns / Exchanges
To obtain a full refund or exchange an item, repackage your returns, including the packing slip and indicate the reason for the return/exchange. Address to Katy's and send the carefully wrapped package insured and postage paid. Please do not send any package COD. Shipping and handling are not refundable. Special orders or items that have been modified or worn cannot be returned. When we receive your return, we'll credit your account or if an exchange we will ship out the correct item.

Payments
We prefer credit cards and money orders, but will accept personal U.S.A. checks. For items paid by check please allow an extra week for shipment.

Privacy
We do not share our mailing list with any persons or organizations.
